2. Description of Service
HostelHack is a platform connecting digital nomads ("Nomads") and hostels or hospitality providers ("Hostels") for the purpose of skill-sharing and work-exchange arrangements ("Deals").
3. User Roles and Accounts
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Platform Conduct
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information on their profiles and proposals.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with other users.
- Honor the terms of any Deals accepted through the platform.
- Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
5. Gmail and Third-Party Integrations
HostelHack provides a unified inbox feature that allows you to connect your Gmail or Microsoft Outlook accounts. By connecting these accounts, you authorize us to access and manage your emails as necessary to provide the inbox service. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party provider's terms and privacy policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
HostelHack acts as a facilitator and is not a party to any agreements or Deals made between Nomads and Hostels. We are not responsible for the conduct of users, the quality of services provided, or the safety of any exchange locations.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
